How is the test organised ?
Ev@lang is an adaptive test, i.e. the evaluation process adapts in real time to user performance. Each user will thus face a series of questions designed accurately to determine their level of attainment in each of the test units evaluated.
Questions are randomly selected from the Ev@lang database of questions according to procedures developed by the CIEP's teaching and scientific experts.
This design format makes it possible to accurately and instantly calculate the user's language level.
At the end of the process, candidates know immediately their level of attainment for each individual test unit. It is possible to set up Ev@lang so that the results are displayed on the user's screen. It is also possible not to have them displayed and to consult them via the Ev@lang management tool.
Finally, the test centre manager can create and print out a results sheet summarising the levels obtained for each test unit. The management tool's features also include an option to customise this results sheet by adding your logo!
